Soccer’s Hottest Transfer Properties this Summer

3. Sergio Aguero: Manchester City

While still on Manchester City’s books at the time of writing, Sergio Aguero is set to become a free agent in the summer. The Argentine international has spent ten years at the Etihad and in that time he’s become the club’s all-time leading scorer.

Aguero has now scored over 250 goals in England and retains a prolific scoring ratio when he is on the pitch. The only issue has been a string of injury problems and the fact that the striker will reach the age of 33 at the start of June. On the plus side, there will be no transfer fee involved and any new club will simply need to meet the player’s wage demands. If he stays fit, Sergio Aguero could just be the bargain of the summer.

2. Kylian Mbappe: Paris Saint-Germain

French international Kylian Mbappe first made his name as a teenager at Monaco and it wasn’t long before Paris Saint-Germain moved to acquire his services. Since then, he’s become an important and prolific player at club and international level.

He’s still only 22 and has been winning trophies at PSG since signing in 2018. That situation hasn’t, however, deterred the rumour mills who have Mbappe linked with Liverpool.
